The 2018 Ford F-250 vs. the 2018 Ford F-350 - Which Super Duty Truck is Right for You?

Looking for a powerful workhorse for your next big job? At Donnell Ford of Salem, we proudly carry a variety of strong pickup trucks that are just waiting to be put to work. Our Super Duty collection is fierce and stylish, and, best of all, they're engineered and built by Ford, so you know they're the best around.

The current new vehicle inventory we have available here at our Continental Drive showroom includes a number of pickup truck options from the ever-popular Ford F-Series family.

For light-duty capabilities and an easy-to-drive nature, the top-selling Ford F-150 is hard to beat. But, when you're looking for something with a little more oomph to get the job done, be sure to take a look at the F-150 truck's larger siblings, the F-250 and the F-350. Both of these versatile trucks are a great option, and choosing the one that's best for you comes down to numbers and power.

If your truck search depends on seating capacity, you can't go wrong with either Ford Super Duty truck. Both of these great models come in your choice of a regular cab, with seating for up to three people, an extended cab Ford calls the "SuperCab," which seats up to six people, and a four-door crew cab, which also seats up to six.

Depending on how much utility you need from your truck, the towing and hauling ratings for the F-250 and F-350 may be better at helping you decide which model you prefer. Contingent on how you have it configured, the Ford F-250 can tow from 15,000 to 17,000 pounds and haul up to 4,000 pounds. Meanwhile, the Ford F-350 can tow up to 21,000 pounds and haul up to 7,000 pounds, depending on your configuration choices.

Ready to learn more? To test drive both of these trucks, and determine for yourself which one would best suit your needs, stop by and visit us in person in Salem. We can introduce you to our entire lineup of available Ford trucks, and help you choose the perfect Super Duty for your daily commute and work life.
